Common questions
- How do I watch a match on iMatch TV?
- Open Live or Guide on Apple TV or imatch.tv. Select an available broadcast, filter by sport, or enter its four-digit code. Codes are assigned to active broadcasts. Browse contains recordings made public by their channels. Exhibition scoreboards are clearly labeled demonstrations, not live video.
- Do I need an account to watch iMatch TV?
- Public matches remain available without signing in. To sync TV preferences, continue watching, or see your club's available member videos, open My TV on Apple TV or Account on imatch.tv. Use the QR link or enter the sign-in code at imatch321.com/tv/activate, sign in with your existing iMatch account, and approve only the matching screen. The sign-in code is separate from a four-digit live channel code. Codes expire after 10 minutes; start again if one expires.
- How do I manage TV watch history or sign out?
- Open your TV account preferences to pause Save my watch history, or use Clear history to remove saved progress across your connected screens. Pausing does not erase existing history. History keeps the latest 100 items for up to 90 days. Sign out when you finish on a shared screen; the website keeps its session in the current tab. Your blocked publishers remain local to each device or browser.
- Why is a club video unavailable?
- Member videos require an active account and current membership in the owning club. A club must make resources available in its member library; existing public broadcasts do not automatically become member videos. Access is checked again during playback. If playback stops after access cannot be renewed, close the player and try again, or check with your club administrator.
- A live video is still preparing or will not play.
- A new broadcast can appear before its video is ready. Leave the player open while it prepares, then use Try Again if an error remains. Check your connection and whether the broadcaster is still live. If it continues, email support with the match name, channel code, approximate time, device, and app version. Do not include passwords or private access links.
- How do I report content or block a broadcaster?
- Open the content's More or safety actions, choose Report, and select a reason. The app confirms once your report has been received. You can also block the publisher on that Apple TV or browser and manage your choices in Blocked publishers. Blocking is local and does not submit a report. For additional context or rights concerns, contact support@imatch.network privately rather than posting in the public community.
- Is iMatch Manager free?
- Yes. Tournament management is free — creating tournaments, entries, draws, scheduling, live scoring, certification and standings. There is nothing to buy inside the app.
- I cannot sign in.
- Check that your email is verified — new accounts must confirm their address before signing in. If the verification email has not arrived, check spam, then email us and we will confirm the account manually.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Settings in the iMatch app or visit imatch321.com/settings and choose Delete Account. On iMatch TV, use Manage iMatch account to open the account settings on your phone or browser. This also removes your TV history and preferences and revokes connected TV sessions. Tournament results already published by an organization are retained by that organization.
- Something looks wrong in a tournament I am running.
- Email us with the tournament name and roughly when the problem appeared. Live events take priority — say so in the subject line and we will treat it as urgent.
